Junior Golf Lesson @ Pillow Springs (Ages <16)

Junior golf lessons are designed to introduce young players to the game in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment while building a strong foundation of fundamental skills. Led by a PGA Professional, these lessons focus on developing proper technique, confidence, and a love for the game. Each session covers the key areas of golf including grip, stance, posture, alignment, and swing fundamentals. Juniors will learn the basics of the full swing, chipping, pitching, and putting through age-appropriate instruction and easy-to-understand drills. In addition to swing development, young golfers are introduced to golf etiquette, safety, and sportsmanship, helping them understand the values and traditions of the game. Lessons are structured to keep juniors active and engaged while encouraging improvement at their own pace. Junior lessons are ideal for beginners learning the game for the first time as well as young golfers who want to continue developing their skills and confidence on the course. Adult Lesson @ Pillow Springs (Ages 16+)

This is a 45-minute session covering issues you want to improve on. Driver/Irons/Wedges/Putting, course management, and the like. We will discuss what we need to work on and give you drills, practice ideas to utilize that will help in your game improvement and start lowering scores.

Club Fitting @ Pillow Springs

Looking at getting new clubs? Are your clubs not hitting as well as you want. Maybe they need some adjustments, bigger grip, lenghtning or shortened, lie angles need to be changed. Lets figure all this out together and get you hitting the ball the best you can. 1/2 this fee is returned to you with any new golf club purchase.

Pillow Springs Playing Lesson

During this lesson, we will warm up, and play as many holes as we can get in during our time frame. An on-course playing lesson with a PGA Professional is one of the most effective ways to improve your golf game because it takes instruction from the practice range directly onto the golf course, where real scoring happens. During this personalized lesson, you and the PGA Professional play several holes together while the instructor observes every aspect of your game in a real playing environment. Instead of focusing only on swing mechanics, the lesson addresses course management, shot selection, decision-making, and scoring strategy. Your PGA Professional will evaluate how you approach each hole, including club selection off the tee, target choice, pre-shot routine, and how you manage trouble situations such as uneven lies, hazards, and recovery shots. You’ll receive immediate feedback and practical instruction on how to play smarter, avoid costly mistakes, and lower your scores. Throughout the round, the instructor will also provide guidance on key scoring areas such as short game, bunker play, putting strategy, and reading greens. Because the lesson takes place during actual play, you gain a better understanding of how to apply your skills under real course conditions. We will work on any specifics needed on the students golf swing or we can go through stardard training in certain areas. We can work on anything from the tee box with driver down to the putting green and fundamentals. At the end of the session, we will discuss what we need to work on and if further instruction is needed. I always hope to see newer studends once a week and work on thier progression through the swing. I can even take students out on the course and work on game management and difficutly shots.
