Drive, Chip and Putt Prep Clinic
We are excited to announce a Drive, Chip and Putt Prep Clinic at the Nemacolin Golf Academy. Join PGA Coach Pete Burton and staff as they help kids prepare to participate in Drive, Chip, and Putt qualifier at Nemacolin. Whether they're new to the game and entering Drive, Chip and Putt for the first time, or experienced players, Drive, Chip and Putt is a great way for junior golfers to get a bite-size taste of golf while measuring skills in three areas of golf’s main skills. Drive, Chip and Putt is an excellent program for juniors of all levels as participants have an opportunity to advance through local, subregional and regional qualifying to earn a place in the national finals that are conducted at Augusta National Golf Club on the Sunday before The Masters Tournament. Our Prep Clinic will be a great opportunity for juniors to test their skills and experience the Drive, Chip and Putt format before attempting to qualify at the local level. Attire: Dress for the weather, but shorts or golf pants, a golf shirt tucked in, cap and golf/athletic shoes are appropriate for our clinic. Please don’t forget sunscreen and bring plenty of water. Equipment needed: Your own set of golf clubs is required! Note to parents Please have participants there on time and picked up promptly at the conclusion of the clinic. Parents may stay and watch from a distance and are not to provide any additional instruction while our professionals are helping your juniors prepare for success. What’s included? Summer Junior Classes
Summer Junior Classes This class is for golfers aged 8-13, whether they are beginners or more experienced. It runs for four days, 90 minutes each day, teaching short game and full swing techniques, course management, and rules. Fun and safety are emphasized through drills, games, and competitions. Classes are organized by age and ability, ensuring a strong student-to-teacher ratio. Details: Number of Students: Minimum 4 and Max of 12 Age & Gender: Junior's age 8-13 Skill Level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced Duration: 90 Minutes per day over 4 consecutive days (Mon-Thu) Cost: $200 Notes: Payments are due in full on the day of the session If you require golf clubs, please message us through the app to reserve Proper golf attire is required at the facility including sneakers or golf shoes Please dress for the weather. In the case of inclement weather, a decision will be made on the day of the session
