Virtual TPI Screen
A Vritaul TPI Screen will take place through an agreed upon platform (Zoom, FaceTime, Google Meet, etc). A TPI screen is crucial for golf performance as it helps identify a player's physical strengths and limitations that can affect their swing mechanics and overall game. By assessing flexibility, strength, balance, and stability through the screen, I can develop a tailored training program that addresess your specific needs. A TPI screening consists of a one-on-one consultation and a series of movement tests designed to evaluate key areas related to the golf swing, including: Posture and Balance: Assessing setup posture and stability. Mobility: Testing ranges of motion in the hips, spine, shoulders, and wrists. Stability: Evaluating the ability to maintain balance and control during movements. Coordination: Assessing how well different parts of the body work together during the swing. Power: Measuring upper body, core, and lower body power. Why It's Beneficial \*\*Identifies Physical Limitations:\*\*Pinpoints the specific physical constraints that might be hindering a golfer's ability to swing effectively. \*\*Personalized Approach:\*\*Recognizes that there isn't a single "correct" swing, but rather one efficient way to swing for each individual based on their physical abilities. \*\*Injury Prevention:\*\*Helps to prevent injuries by identifying and correcting unstable movement patterns that could lead to pain. \*\*Improved Performance:\*\*Provides a personalized exercise plan to address deficiencies, leading to increased efficiency and potentially better golf performance. \*\*Holistic Strategy:\*\*Integrates with golf instruction, offering coaches insight into a player's physical condition to better tailor swing adjustments
