Notables to miss the cut at The Open Championship
The 2018 Open Championship saw quite a few familiar faces miss the cut after the first two rounds. Three of the top-5 ranked golfers missed the cut, including No. 1-ranked Dustin Johnson. Johnson is the first No. 1 to miss the cut since Luke Donald 2011.

Sandy Lyle, appearing in possibly his final Open Championship, missed the cut finishing with a 75-76-151, but made sure to go out in style.
