FARMINGDALE, N.Y. – Ticket registration is now open for the 2019 PGA Championship, to be held May 13-19, 2019 at Bethpage State Park’s Black Course in Farmingdale, N.Y.

As the PGA of America and Bethpage State Park look forward to the Ryder Cup in 2024, the PGA of America will offer exclusive access to 2024 Ryder Cup tickets combined with 2019 PGA Championship ticket offerings.

Demand for 2019 PGA Championship tickets has already reached record levels. Add to that the excitement for the 2024 Ryder Cup, and a sellout is expected.

“We’re just a year away from one of the most extraordinary experiences in golf. It’s only fitting that with the move to May, we’re starting this new era by bringing the Championship back to the state of New York, where the PGA of America was founded in 1916,” said 2019 PGA Championship Chairman Charlie Robson. “New York has shown tremendous support of major championship golf over the years, and the PGA Championship will be no different, setting the stage for what should be one of the most iconic events in New York sporting event history – the 2024 Ryder Cup.”

To ensure widespread access to the most in-demand ticket types, PGA Championship tickets are sold exclusively through a free, no obligation, online registration process. Fans can register, here, to hold their place – first come, first served – to purchase tickets when they go on sale this August. The earlier fans register the better, as historically the most popular ticket types sell-out well in advance of the event.

Both week-long and daily ticket pricing will be announced at a later date.

Further demonstrating its continuing commitment to growing the game of golf, the PGA of America will offer free PGA Championship access to fans 17 and under. Each ticketed adult can bring up to four juniors under the age of 17 onto the grounds for free each day. No registration for juniors is necessary. Junior tickets will be available at the Admission and Will Call Office at the Championship’s main entrance and will be available regardless of a sell-out.

Likewise, all Active Duty, Retirees*, Reserve, National Guard and an accompanying guest (limit one) will be granted complimentary daily grounds access to the Championship, regardless of sell-out. Upon arrival, Military personnel must go to the Admissions Sales and Will Call Office at the Main Spectator Entrance to present their Military ID in exchange for daily admission. Please note, these tickets cannot be upgraded to alternative venues, but are eligible for the junior admission policy. (*Career-retired with twenty years of qualifying military service and Department of Defense ID)
