Hockey players are a little different than the rest of us.

Jeremy Roenick -- who enjoyed an 18-year NHL career and is one of just three U.S.-born players with at least 500 goals -- did something not so smart on the golf course recently.

First, he taunted an alligator.

Then, he demanded his friend -- with camera phone in hand -- come closer as Roenick... dove at an alligator in an attempt to wrestle it!
