There's unlucky and then there's what happened to John Peterson on the par-3 13th hole at TPC San Antonio on Sunday.

The number "13" has always been considered, "unlucky."

That number did nothing to help its reputation on Sunday during the final round of the Valero Texas Open.

Here's John Peterson's gorgeous tee shot on the 232-yard, par-3 13th hole:

 

That's just not fair. That thing looked good all the way.

Incidentally, Peterson made an ace on the 180-yard, par-3 13th hole during the third round of the 2012 U.S. Open at Olympic Club:

 

So, at least for Peterson, "13" isn't always unlucky.
