NBA, NFL stars compete in charity golf match

Some of the biggest stars in the NBA and NFL competed Wednesday in the two-day State Farm Showdown at the Mohegan Sun Golf Club in southeastern Connecticut.

Here are some of the highlights from the event.

Houston Rockets guard and NBA All-Star Chris Paul, who hosted the State Farm Showdown along with Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, didn't like his tee shot on the first hole, remarking "That ain't it," drawing laughs from the gallery.

Here's a look at two-time NBA champion Ray Allen and NBA veteran Mike Conley Jr. on the driving range.

Rodgers sank a deep 3-pointer to the delight of Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald.

Paul had his turn to show off his gridiron skills, proving his accuracy as a passer.
