Billy Sampson, PGA, is Helping Chris Lamdin Keep His Passion Alive One Swing at a Time

The game of golf presents plenty of challenges, but it also provides ample opportunity to escape and overcome the everyday obstacles of life.
In one of our favorite content pieces shared to date, SKRATCH spent an afternoon with PGA Coach Billy Sampson and member Chris Lamdin at Old Tabby Links in Hilton Head, South Carolina.
Lamdin has Parkinson's Disease, but that hasn't stopped him from playing the game he loves. Sampson, the Director of Instruction at Old Tabby Links, is helping him keep the passion alive one swing at a time.
"A lot of joy in what I do is trying to prolong someone's playing career," Sampson said in the SKRATCH feature. "I don't look at age or abilities or disabilities; there is a way you can swing a golf club. You just have to find it."
