PGA Jr. League: Four Teams Earn a Spot in Minnesota PGA Section Championship

A pair of National Car Rental PGA Jr. League Minnesota PGA Section Championship Qualifiers were contested recently at Victory Links Golf Course in Minneapolis, MN, & Moorhead Country Club in Moorhead, MN.
A total of 7 teams competed at both the Victory Links and Moorhead Country Club qualifiers, which were nine-hole, aggregate scramble stroke play events.
The two teams who earned a spot in the Section Championship from the Victory Links qualifier were: TPC Twin Cities J-Birds (Blaine, Minnesota) and Oak Marsh Golf Course (Oakdale, Minnesota).
The two teams to earned a spot in the Section Championship from the Moorhead Country Club qualifier were Rolling Hills in Aberdeen, South Dakota and Fargo Area #1 in Fargo, North Dakota.
The teams who earned a spot in the Section Championship from the Moorhead Country Club event were: Rolling Hills (Aberdeen, South Dakota) and Fargo Area #1 (Fargo, North Dakota).
The qualifying teams from Victory Links and Moorhead Country Club will move on to the Section Championship later in August at Geneva Golf Club in Alexandria, Minnesota.
Section Qualifiers and Championships are the first of three phases in the National Car Rental PGA Jr. League Championship Season, which highlights the aspirational nature of competition celebrated in a way unique to PGA Jr. League.
