2025 PGA HOPE Wisconsin Cup

Get ready for the 4th annual PGA HOPE Wisconsin Cup at Dretzka Park Golf Course on Friday, October 3rd. All past and present PGA HOPE Wisconsin graduates are invited to join us at no cost for a 9-hole, somewhat competitive and mostly FUN celebration of yet another record-breaking year serving veterans in Wisconsin.

*This registration form serves as STEP 1 of a two-part registration process. Because this event is offered at no cost, we need to get a gauge on the level of interest. Team requests will be made at the secondary registration sent to all registrants about 4-6 weeks prior to the event. Such requests will be honored given they come through the proper registration channel (I.e. not via phone or email). ALL INTERESTED MUST COMPLETE STEP 1 on AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.
