Itinerary: Day 1: 3:00 PM – Meet & Greet 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM – Range Session Initial swing video analysis Group full swing practice on the range Short game and putting work 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM – 7-Hole Short Game Course

Day 2: 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM – Group Warm-Up Golf-specific fitness & nutrition discussion 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM – Practice Session Split groups: short game & full swing (1 hour each) 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Mental Coaching Breakout Session 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM – Lunch at Nest (included with the academy) 2:00 PM – 9 Holes on The Cardinal 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM – Optional: Additional short game & full swing practice OR another 9 holes on The Cardinal

Day 3: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM – Final Assessment Swing video review and feedback Short game and warm-up for round 11:00 AM – 9 Holes on The Cardinal 1:00 PM – Academy Wrap-Up
