We are excited to announce a Drive, Chip and Putt Training Program at Lake Forest Golf Club. Join PGA Coach Adam Ming as he help kids prepare to participate in Drive, Chip, and Putt.

Whether they're new to the game and entering Drive, Chip and Putt for the first time, or experienced players, Drive, Chip and Putt is a great way for junior golfers to get a bite-size taste of golf while measuring skills in three areas of golf’s main skills.

Drive, Chip and Putt is an excellent program for juniors of all levels as participants have an opportunity to advance through local, subregional and regional qualifying to earn a place in the national finals that are conducted at Augusta National Golf Club on the Sunday before The Masters Tournament.

Our Training Program will be a great opportunity for juniors to test their skills and experience the Drive, Chip and Putt format before attempting to qualify at the local level.

Our program will run in four sessions, with each session focused on one aspect of the competition, and a final session where our students will compete in a mock Drive, Chip and Putt. This program runs three times per year and allows time to gather and develop the skills needed to compete and enjoy a Drive, Chip and Putt being run locally in our area.

Attire:

Dress for the weather, but shorts, a golf shirt or nice T-shirt, cap and tennis shoes are appropriate for our clinic. And don’t forget sunscreen!

Equipment needed:

If you have golf clubs for your participant, please bring them. If you do not have any golf clubs available for your junior please reach out to me via email at adamminggolf@gmail.com and I will try to secure something to get started with.
