The EZGolf Junior Performance Academy is an after-school player development program designed for juniors who want to improve their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the game in a fun, structured environment.

By limiting every training group to just four players, every junior receives personalized coaching, meaningful feedback, and the opportunity to learn by doing—not by watching.

When a group fills, we simply open another. We never increase our 4:1 player-to-coach ratio.

Mondays & Wednesdays 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM

8 Coach-Led Training Sessions Each Month

Our Player Development System

We don't believe juniors improve by hitting balls on the range every week.

They improve by learning a skill, practicing it, and then using it on the golf course.

That's why every month follows the same proven development cycle.

Weeks 1 & 3 — BUILD

Both training sessions focus on instruction and skill development.

Players develop:

• Full Swing

• Ball Striking

• Short Game

• Putting

• Course Management

• Practice Habits

• Confidence

These weeks are dedicated to building a strong foundation.

Weeks 2 & 4 — BUILD & COMPETE

Monday Instruction and preparation.

Wednesday

On-Course Competition Day

This is where learning becomes playing.

Players put their skills to the test through:

• Coach-led on-course play

• Match Play

• Team Competitions

• Skills Challenges

• Course Management Games

• Monthly Academy Championship

We're currently accepting only four juniors for our first training group.

Founding Member Rate $250 per month

This rate is reserved for the first four players and remains locked in while membership stays active.

Once the group is full, a waiting list will begin and additional training groups will be opened based on demand.
