Girls High School Prep

Day 1: Introductions, warm up, speed training, driver clubhead speed test, putting fundamentals, rules of golf/putting etiquette. Day 2: Warm up, speed training, wedge fundamentals(1/2, 3/4, and full), and wedge yardages. Day 3: Warm up, speed training, driver clubhead speed test, full swing fundamentals and ball flight laws/specialty shots.

Each session will include activities and games to help improve physical literacy and the students golf fundamentals. Along with the competitions we will cover pre shot routine and mental tips and tricks to help manage emotions and improve decision making on the course.
