Golf is a game of sequence and proper motor patterns. We need mobility and stability as we create a consisent movement pattern. Once we develop proper patterns we can increase our speed! Assuming we can strike the club face in the middle of the club we will increase ball speed and distance!

In this program we will implement train using devices that create proper motor patterns so we can create consistency and speed as well as prevent injury and promote overall wellness both on and off the golf course.

All training is supervised and introdcued by PGA and Gray Insitute Certificed Functional Movement Specilaist Brian Jacobs.

+++Driver speed will be tested prior to and post program.

Each session we begin with a mobility and stability "warm-up" using body weight.

Each session will end with a cool down routine using body weight.
