We move, we groove and we swing. This class combines traditional golf instruction with light movement exercises and dance to smooth jazz. Learn golf’s fundamentals (grip, posture, ball position, aim, pre shot routine) along with golf specific stretches and swing drills. Increase flexibility, improve balance and strengthen your golf muscles. Clubs needed include driver, fairway metal, hybrid, 7 iron and wedge. Clubs available if needed. This class is for adults with maximum of 8 per class. Beginner friendly.
