
Junior Girls Golf Fitness
Designed specifically for young female golfers, this golf-focused fitness program builds the strength, stability, and athleticism needed for a powerful and consistent golf swing. Participants will train in a supportive, encouraging environment using age-appropriate strength work, mobility training, and athletic movement drills that directly translate to better performance on the course.
This 45-minute class is perfect for junior girls who want to:
Increase swing speed safely
Improve balance and body awareness
Build core and lower-body strength
Enhance mobility for a more efficient golf swing
Reduce the risk of injury
Become more confident and athletic overall
Sessions are held twice per week and run by the ProMotion Golf coaching team inside the Hal Sutton Golf Academy performance facility.
