
Ladies Golf Mobility & Functional Fitness
Get ready to move better and swing better!
Our new golf-focused Adult Mobility & Functional Fitness classes are designed to help you stay strong, steady, and pain-free!
Classes are built for golfers of all ages - whether you’re maintaining mobility, boosting power, or improving consistency.
The class will consist of a 45 minute mobility and functional fitness session followed by optional swing time to work on movements learned during that session. Clubs are not required, equipment is provided.

This is a 4-week progressive program (sessions are once a week) and total cost is $100. You may attend individual sessions for $25 each if you are unable to attend all 4. Payment will be collected in person.
