tactical group training sessions November
This November we will create different opportunities whereby you will set goals to focus on during the off-season that include Golf skills, mental skills and physical training.
We will take advantage of good weather when we can, but we will also work towards setting goals and doing different speed training and conditioning exercises to help build your golf body and prevent injury!
