Join us for a premium, small-group experience designed specifically for golfers who want to improve mobility, reduce pain, and perform at a higher level.
This 90-minute golf-specific yoga session, led by Lauren McMillin, is built to help you move more efficiently, feel better physically, and translate those improvements directly into your golf swing.

This is a movement-based session, not a golf instruction clinic
No golf swings or ball striking required
Participants will not be on the golf course
Session will take place outdoors at the pavilion
