2025 Penn State PGA Jr. League Program

This is a great opportunity for kids 13 and under to learn to play golf while competing in a fun team aspect.  
This team will travel to local course to play vs other courses such as Ligonier CC and Latrobe CC.

Oakbrook 13U Travel team

This is a fun team environment that is good for beginner's as well as experienced golfers.  This team will compete vs Local courses and is a great introduction into competitive golf for players looking to gain experience before starting a high school team or just enjoy playing golf in the summer with friends.  This is a fun 2 person scramble format that will help develop teamwork and work on competitve golf while still having an enjoyable experience.  At Oakbrook we use our 17U team as mentors for our 13U program and create a fun experience for our entire program.

This team is designed for beginners and less experienced players who are looking to gain PGA professional instruction and play only at Oakbrook in a laid back enjoyable atmosphere.

This team will have weekly practices as well as a few in house matches vs other players at Oakbrook.

Ligonier CC 17U

Ligonier CC 13U

This program develops Sportsmanship, Etiquette and Golf Skills. Players are sorted into one of three groups based on age, experience and ability. BIRDIES 4-7 year old beginners. Developing a strong foundation of basic skills is essential for enjoyment of the game. I divide the BIRDIES into two groups who each meet for 30 minutes on Saturday mornings. Putting, Chipping and Pitching, Grip, Stance and Posture, Alignment and Swing basics are the focus. DIVOTS and EAGLES 8-13 year olds with some experience and intermediate skills. These players are split into two groups with one group meeting Monday evenings and one meeting Tuesday evenings. Building on the foundation skills these players learn Club Selection, Course Management and Practice and Patience. The PARS are 10-13 year olds and are the advanced, competitive group of the Corning program. The PARS meet Sunday afternoons. Skill development focuses on Technical Proficiency, Course Management, Physical Fitness, Focus and Concentration, Practice Structure and Competition Experience. The PARS produced the back to back Central New York Section Championship teams in 2023 and 2024.

13U Corning 2025 Spring/Summer

The ACES meet Sunday afternoons. Generally these players have "graduated" from the 13U program and are interested in competitive golf. However, all 17U players of any skill level are welcome! Prior participation is not required. Technical Proficiency, Course Management, Physical Fitness, Focus and Concentration, Practice Structure and Competition Experience are featured. The ACES were runner ups in the 2024 Central New York Section Championship.

17U Corning 2025 Spring/Summer 

IREM Short Irons

This program is designed for serious golfers who are motivated to improve their golf game, and go to the next level.  It is a perfect practice opportunity for those who truly wish to improve.  This team is geared toward high school competitive players.

Next Level 25

PGA Junior League is a game changing opportunity for boys and girls to learn to play golf.  This program will help them grow as a player and a person while being coached by PGA professionals.  It is a team based format that provides golf experiences.
