This off-season program is taught indoors at Eagle Hills Golf Course using the world's #1 golf putting mat and training program, the Wellputt mat. The program's innovate design will improve your stance and alignment and fine-tune your accuracy and consistency in putter aiming, stroke path, and speed control.

The Ridge Golf Club is dedicated to offering a junior golf camp that develops junior golfers in Northwest Iowa not only in golf skills, but also the life lessons that golf encompasses.  PGA Professionals, Jon Crane, Karrie Van Ravenswaay and Austin Reynolds will be the lead instructors using the ADM model, which focuses on “athlete first” instruction. Participants will move their bodies and develop coordination that transfers to the golf swing through fun games and activities.

Golf FORE Kids Camp

This Hybrid Program includes 4 weeks of instruction followed by 4 weeks of League Play.  The first 4 weeks will consist of Full Swing (Woods & Irons), Short Game (Pitching & Chipping) and Putting, with the kids receiving instruction on each of these every practice day.

The final 4 weeks will be on course play using the PGA Jr. League 2 person scramble format.  In this partner format players are introduced to semi-competitive play where we begin to keep score and play as a team.  We will utilize a system of shortened holes and max strokes to help us evaluate where the kids need to focus their practice on.

Players will need their own clubs and be able to walk the golf course, we do use carts to transport from time to time but we walk when we are playing and carry our bag or you can use a push cart that you will have to provide.

This program is a great start for those players not quite ready for competitive league play that need more instruction or are new to the game.

Miracle Hill 7-12 Development League

Our PGA Jr. League Plays Wednesday Mornings June 3rd-July 29th at 8am.  Players will play 9 holes weekly in the PGA Jr. League format of 2 player scramble.  After each round we offer an optional skill builder for about 45 minutes with our team of PGA Professionals with a focus on different parts of the game from Full Swing to Short game as a place for the kids to ask "why is the ball doing this?"

We will also have a tryout for our All-Star Team(s) once the roster is complete, more information on this will be sent out later.
