Are you new to golf or have experience and want to refresh your skills in a social setting? 
During this one hour golf clinic you will learn the basics of full swing. I will provide group instruction as I demonstrate the fundamentals of full swing with irons. You will work on improving your full swing and swing drills. Golf instruction with an emphasis on fun!

**Designed specifically for young female golfers, this golf-focused fitness program builds the strength, stability, and athleticism needed for a powerful and consistent golf swing.**
Participants will train in a supportive, encouraging environment using age-appropriate strength work, mobility training, and athletic movement drills that directly translate to better performance on the course.

This 45-minute class is perfect for junior girls who want to:

- Increase swing speed safely
- Improve balance and body awareness
- Build core and lower-body strength
- Enhance mobility for a more efficient golf swing
- Reduce the risk of injury
- Become more confident and athletic overall

**Sessions are held twice per week and run by the ProMotion Golf coaching team inside the Hal Sutton Golf Academy performance facility.**

Girls ages 10–17 (all skill levels)

Junior Girls Golf Fitness

One hour of exercise and golf instruction for children 6-12 years old.  We will cover warm-ups for golf, putting, chipping, irons and woods.  If you don't have golf equipment we can provide with clubs to use for the class.
