During our small break between clinics, use these practice sessions as a way to maintain the skills you have learned in our Junior Golf and Fitness Clinics.

- Available to Junior Golf and Fitness participants
- Use of three ForeSight GC Quad Simulators

**When?**

5 Week Program(_10 clinics and 5 practice sessions_) beginning Monday, January 12th

Monday Evenings - 5pm-7pm practice available

Wednesday Evenings - 5pm-6:30pm
Saturday Mornings - 9am-10:30am

These clinics are available to any Juniors ages 12-17 who are interested in improving their performance on the golf course.

Strength Training with Pure Fitness trainers - Mike Steinmetz, Luke Cutler and Megan Guckeen

High School Winter Golf & Fitness

A fun, high-energy introduction to golf designed for young players. This clinic focuses on basic fundamentals, athletic movement, and game-based learning to build confidence, coordination, and a love for the game in a positive, supportive environment.

Junior Winter Clinic (Ages 5-8)

The Junior League program is designed for players ages **9–13** who want to improve their skills while experiencing the fun and competitive side of golf. Following **ADM and PGA Junior League principles**, this program combines structured practice with on-course style competition using simulators. One weekly session focuses on skill development—including full swing fundamentals, short game, putting, and course strategy—while the second session allows players to compete in team-based matches that build confidence, sportsmanship, and decision-making. Juniors will learn how to keep score, understand basic rules, and work as teammates in an energetic, supportive environment that encourages both improvement and enjoyment of the game.

The High School Prep program is designed for players ages **14–17** who are preparing for high school golf or looking to compete with greater confidence and consistency. This program emphasizes developing reliable ball-striking, improved short game skills, and smarter on-course decision-making. Following ADM principles, sessions will focus on refining swing fundamentals, controlling trajectory and distance, sharpening scoring shots around the green, and understanding course management strategies used in competitive play. Players will also learn practice habits, pre-shot routines, and mental approaches that translate directly to tournament and team golf. Each session provides a focused, supportive environment that challenges players while helping them build confidence under pressure.
