A golfer for over 35 years with experience working in all facets of the golf industry. I’ve been privileged to work under four lifetime PGA Members, three of whom have been elected to their local Hall of Fame. From working at a driving range in High School to the grounds crew in College, then spending time at every level of Club Professional, and ultimately operating all aspects of a Country Club, I can now add Master Club Fitter to my name.

In addition, I've taught hundreds of lessons, ran multiple Junior Clinics, assisted and coached a High School golf team, and even worked as a rules official. A member of the USGA since 1994, Team Titleist since 2004, US Kids Golf Certified Golf Coach, PGA of America Associate, and finished Ohio State University's Golf Management Program with Distinction. Outside of golf, I’ve run a successful small business and I’m now privileged to put all of these experiences together to create Aaron Payne Golf.

I believe that most people have a swing that’s much better than they think and unique to their strengths. It’s my goal to show you what you’re doing right and improve your confidence while creating a strategy to improve your most fundamental flaws.
