Brian Bauer – PGA General Manager Brian Bauer is the PGA CCMA General Manager at Cobblestone Creek Country Club. He comes to Cobblestone Creek with over 30 years of professional club management experience and expertise in the industry. Brian is a PGA Class “A” Member since 1993 and CMAA Member since 2002. Brian began his professional career in 1989 with an opportunity afforded to him by world renowned European Tour Player and Director of Golf, Peter Oosterhuis at Forsgate Country Club in Jamesburg, New Jersey. While at Forsgate Country Club Brian attained his PGA Class “A” membership under the watchful eye of his mentor William Ziobro, a legendary New Jersey Golf Professional and former PGA Tour Player, and recent Inductee of the NJSGA Hall of Fame. In 1995 Brian became the youngest PGA Head Golf Professional in New Jersey at Glenwood Country Club in Old Bridge, New Jersey. After four successful years at Glenwood CC, Brian moved to Florida to head up a development project for the Fraser Family, owners of Atlantic City Country Club in Atlantic City, New Jersey. As the General Manager/Director of Golf at The Majors Golf Club an Arnold Palmer Signature facility, Brian functioned as project manager to build, open and operate this golf property from the ground up and continue to successfully manage the facility for 10 years. In 2008 he moved back to New Jersey as the Director of Golf at Trump National Golf Club in Colts Neck, New Jersey. In 2013 Brian moved on to Statesville, North Carolina to become the General Manager of Statesville Country Club. Statesville CC is a private member owned club which was purchased by a local businessman as a large restoration project. Brian successfully handled the restoration as the Project Manager/General Manager for 4 more years growing the facilities, membership and banquet business to sustain a healthy and vibrant club. The success of this project led him to his next endeavor back again to New Jersey, where he rekindled an old relationship with another Legendary Golf Professional Mr. Bob Ross, part owner of a wonderful project Hawk Pointe Golf Club in Washington, New Jersey. After four years of successfully developing and implementing service strategies, Brian was afforded the opportunity to take hold of the ship at Cobblestone Creek Country Club in Lawrenceville, NJ, in February 2020. He continues to enjoy utilizing all of his talents and skills to operate this Private 350-member 18-hole country club and facility with some of the best short-game practice facilities anywhere. Brian’s professional club management experience and expertise in the industry have enabled him and his family the ability to move up and down the East Coast for many years. Brian and his wife of 32 years have been blessed with six beautiful children. They currently reside in Stewartsville, New Jersey, and are excited about the opportunity to serve the wonderful membership of Cobblestone Creek Country Club.
