Hello: I am Craig Salib “AKA” CoachCraig, and I have been here at the Fort Collins Country Club for 8 seasons now since 2016. I have the pleasure of running and designing the junior golf programs here at the country club and enjoy my primary focus which is teaching junior and adult lessons. I believe that every person has a unique, individual swing, but each of those swings have fundamental similarities. I have a bachelor’s degree in acting and directing from Colorado University Boulder and an associate degree in golf course management, teaching, club repair, and business from the golf academy of America in Orlando Florida, and am now a class A PGA professional. I have worked in the entertainment industry, the restaurant industry, the medical sales industry, and now the golf industry. I got into the golf business because I love teaching and I love the game. While in Florida I was lucky enough to work at Disney World’s Osprey Ridge golf course, and the world-renowned Streamsong golf resort in Seabring Florida; I have also worked at Pelican’s nest country club in Bonita Springs Florida, and the Minnikahda club in Minneapolis. When I am away from the golf course I try to spend as much time as I can up in the mountains fishing, camping, mountain biking, hiking, and exploring. I love to cook, enjoy dining out, and love brewery bike hopping on the regular. My preferred modus of transportation is a bicycle.
