Jess W. Hansen, PGA

Jess Hansen began his Professional golf career as an Assistant Golf Professional at Shirkey Golf Club in June of 1998. During his career as a golf professional Jess played in many local professional tournaments and played in a Monday qualifier for the the Senior Tour. A health event kept him from proceeding with a Senior Tour career. Jess proceeded to continue with his education with the PGA of America in the Golf Professional Training Program. Upon completion and graduation in October, 2007 was elected as member of the PGA of America. Jess then concentrated his efforts on becoming an instructor. He has worked for a Top 5 Golf School for 5+ years and has owned and operated his own indoor golf academy for the last 9 years. Jess was recognized by the Midwest Section PGA as Club Fitter of the Year in 2019. Jess has been nominated for the Midwest Section PGA for Teacher of the Year. Jess’s indoor academy consists of 6 indoor hitting bays for instruction, practice and actual simulated play. He also has an indoor putting room with SAM PuttLab and 2 Provoto putting platforms. He is Level 2 certified in K-Vest, SAM PuttLab, certified as an AimPoint green reading instructor along with a certification as a Putt Doctor associate. Jess continues to study the latest technologies.
Jess offers Coaching programs Juniors and Adults. The juniors meet Tuesday from 4:00 to 5:00. High school boys and girls meet Saturday from 2:00 to 3:30. Jess Hansen Golf Academy has 6 Trackman bays for practice and play. We have a Trackman unit for putting along with SAM PuttLab and K Motion. Jess is certified as an AimPoint putting instructor, Level 1 & 2 certified with SAM PuttLab and K Motion. Jess is also a graduate from Putt Doctor.

Junior Coaching Program at Shirkey Golf Course in Richmond, MO 64085. The program will be once a week for 1 hour and will be on Wednesday’s from 4:30 to 5:30. Cost is $139.00.

Junior Coaching Program at Shirkey Golf Course in Richmond, MO 64085. The program will be once a week for 1 hour and will be on Tuesday’s from 4:30 to 5:30. Ages will be 12-14. Cost, $139 a month
Advanced Junior Coaching Ages 15-18 Richmond, MO 64085
Advanced Junior Coaching Program at Shirkey Golf Course in Richmond, MO 64085. The program will be once a week for 1 hour and will be on Thursdays from 4:30 to 5:30. Cost is $139 a month.
Adult Coaching Program Richmond, MO 64085
The Adult Coaching Program will be Saturday morning from 8:00 till 10:00 for 10 weeks. We guarantee 10 shots! The cost is $595 for 20 hours of instruction. Class begins April 8, 2023
