Originally from Southern California, Kevin’s activities growing up were soccer, baseball, surfing, fly-fishing, and camping. It wasn’t until later in high school that he found golf. Kevin’s game flourished quickly, gaining him the honor of being inducted into his high school Hall of Fame. He won two tournaments while playing for Citrus College before transferring to California State University Northridge, where he received his bachelor’s degree in business management. From 2006 to 2008, he coached and caddied for his wife on the LPGA Futures Tour. In 2009, he was recognized and asked to be a contestant on the Golf Channel’s hit TV show the “Big Break.” Kevin did well and played his way into the finals of “Big Break Disney Golf.” After working at Altadena Golf Course as the Head Professional, Director of Instruction, and, lastly, Assistant General Manager, Kevin has followed his love for Central Oregon to Sunriver Resort. Kevin has worked with students of all ages and skill levels, striving to improve each golfer while making the environment stress-free and fun. He likes keeping things simple, focusing on fundamentals and working on the individual’s strengths, instead of trying to shape the golfer’s swing into something that won’t work for him or her.
