Michigan PGA Player of the Year | College Coach | Data-Driven Instruction

Kosta Ramirez is the PGA Director of Instruction at The Mines Golf Club and founder of the Kosta Ramirez Golf Academy. A PGA of America member since 2015, Kosta brings 10+ years of coaching experience at premier clubs including Oakland Hills Country Club, Kent Country Club, and Bloomfield Hills Country Club.

A 2022 Michigan PGA Player of the Year, Kosta actively competes in Michigan and national PGA events and serves as the assistant coach and swing coach for the Ferris State University men’s and women’s golf teams, bringing collegiate-level preparation into every lesson.

Kosta is TPI certified, TrackMan certified, and a certified club fitter, allowing him to build efficient, repeatable swings tailored to each golfer’s body while blending technology, equipment, and real on-course performance.

He is passionate about building confidence, developing skills, and helping golfers achieve lasting improvement.
