Sam GiallombardoGolf Coach
A Golf Coach who is passionate about getting beginners and intermediate players playing golf and shooting Par or Better for 9 holes!
A Retired US Navy Sailor, Sam is passionate about improving beginners, intermediate and advanced golfers and advancing them enough to shoot Par or Better for 9 holes!
Sam Giallombardo is a Level 3 PGA Associate, and since retiring from the Navy in 2014, he teaches using the best technology available in which to measure students and develop with them an improvement plan that best suits the student's improvement goals based on those measurements.
Why guess when you can measure! Three things which make Sam an effective teacher are:
Sam’s past military medical expertise while serving as an Independent Duty Hospital Corpsman for the Navy allows him an enhanced understanding of the concepts of body movement and their relationship in the golf swing. This enables him to more effectively communicate in different ways so the student can more easily understand what they must do to execute moves correctly. He constantly seeks to improve and continues to learn from others.
Having many mentors along the way has helped guide his thoughts and ideas based on their many years of experience.
He is able to take what he has learned from his many hours of learning, practicing, and giving lessons to students and applies it to improve, not just his own skill-set, but uses his experience to improve the skills of his students. For without the dedication of committed students, progress would not be possible.
Since joining the Men’s Academy I’ve taken an average of six strokes off my game. I’ve met a great bunch of guys to play with and I get to work with Coach Sam who is extremely knowledge bowl and friendly!
