Will McIntosh first picked up a persimmon 4-wood his father cut for him when he was six years old. Today, he brings decades of experience as a TPI Golf Level 3 Certified PGA Professional, PGA Associate, and former management consultant to help golfers of all ages and abilities play better golf and enjoy the game for a lifetime. He is also working towards earning TPI Power Level 3 certification.

Will specializes in teaching beginners, intermediate golfers, including many country club members, but also teaches many competitive amateurs, juniors, seniors, former Olympians, former pro and Div-I-III athletes, current and aspiring collegiate and high school golfers, and even Hollywood celebrities. He also has extensive experience working with golfers with special needs, including Autism and sight loss, adapting his approach with caretakers to maximize results.

A five-star rated instructor on Google and Facebook, Will has taught thousands of students in-person and online locally, nationally, and internationally, supplementing lessons with his Online Academy, which includes his Full-Swing Fundamentals MasterClass and his Drills & Concepts MasterClass.

Will’s coaching philosophy is holistic and research-driven, combining body-swing-mind connection, physical screenings, mobility and stability exercises, and core fundamentals. He balances art and science, tailoring instruction to each golfer’s unique abilities, and uses analogies, metaphors, and everyday activities to make complex concepts simple and actionable.

He is based out of Valley View Golf (Delaware County, PA) and serves as lead PGA instructor at Uplink KOP and Libertee Grounds and is available at other indoor locations. Outdoor sessions often include FlightScope Mevo+ launch monitors when appropriate.
