I began teaching and club fitting in 2000.

I have been very fortunate to coach and learn from some of the best players on the PGA and LPGA Tours. I enjoy the challenge of helping players learn how to play better golf and achieve their goals. These experiences have allowed me to be continuously named as a "Best in State Instructor" year after year.

I utilize club fitting as a pillar in my instruction. My knowledge and understanding of the cause-effect relationship between the golfer and the club has helped past and current facilities achieve recognition among Golf Digest's "America's Best Clubfitters" and Ping's "Top 100 Clubfitters.

I continue to be listed as top instructor by golf publications. Some of my awards include the 2023 Southern Texas PGA Professional Development Award, 2019 Southern Texas PGA Harvey Penick Teacher of the year. I have certifications in teaching, biomechanics, various golf technology tools and club fitting. I am also a member of the Board of Directors of the Southern Texas PGA as well as Member Services committee Vice Chairman.

Before Axis Golf Academy I also helped establish The Woodlands Golf Performance Center in The Woodlands.
