Bennett Smed is the Class A PGA Director of Instruction, at White Bear Yacht Club.

Originally from Chaska, MN, Bennett played college golf at Bethel University in St. Paul, MN. Bennett continues to play the game at a high level, having won 7 professional events and having competed in the Assistant PGA Professional Championship in 2017, 2019, and 2022.

As a Trackman certified professional, Bennett’s full swing teaching focuses on improving ball flight, while his tournament experience provides creative insights into short game and putting. Bennett is a passionate clubfitter, holding certifications from Ping, Mizuno, Taylormade, and Titleist.
