Bethel University alumnus Chris Tilbury has dedicated his career to helping golfers of all skill levels improve their game and reach their potential. After playing collegiate golf at Bethel University, Chris went on to become a PGA Member in 2012, combining his competitive experience with a passion for teaching and player development.

Chris was honored as the 2025 Roger Lundy Junior Player Development Award Winner, recognizing his commitment to growing the game and impacting young golfers through instruction and mentorship. Each year, he teaches more than 300 students, working with everyone from beginners learning the fundamentals to competitive golfers striving to perform at the highest level.

Today, Chris and his wife proudly own and operate the Tilbury Golf Academy. Chris believes that effective coaching comes from a combination of strong fundamentals, personalized instruction, and measurable feedback.

Using advanced technology such as TrackMan and Smart2Move force plates, Chris provides students with instant feedback that helps accelerate improvement and build confidence. His teaching philosophy centers on helping every player become the best version of themselves both on and off the golf course.
