Eric Larson, PGA
GM/Head Golf ProfessionalEric has worked in the golf industry for the past 30 Minnesota golf seasons. He grew up a mile down the road from Daytona GC and his first job in the golf industry started right there. After 8 years at Daytona, Eric worked as a Assistant Pro at Rush Creek for 6 years, before accepting the head pro position at Fox Hollow, where he worked for 16 seasons. “Teaching golf is so rewarding because it starts out for everyone as a really difficult game. And when progress is made at something that’s difficult, the feeling of accomplishment is so much greater. Making the learning process fun is so important because who wants to practice and play a sport that isn’t fun? And making golf fun means that I’ll be offering you simple ideas during your lessons on how to make your good shots a little better and your bad shots a lot better. The concept of the game is so simple…to get the ball in the hole. My teaching and your learning will always be focused on the enjoyment of your experience on the golf course, and on keeping things simple.”
