Evelyn Walters has been a PGA member since 2002 and at Bentwinds for 27 years. She has had the privilege of being an integral part of Bentwinds growth and is proud of where it is today. During her tenure she has created and implemented many of our junior and ladies golf programming. She has taught several Division I golfers, but her number one goal in teaching is making golf enjoyable for all skill levels and ensuring it becomes a lifetime sport. Evelyn won the Carolinas Women's Pro-Pro in 2020 alongside Martha Sutton, the Carolinas PGA Women's Invitational in 2021 and became the Peggy Kirk Bell 2021 Female Golfer of the Year for the Carolinas PGA. She played Division I golf at Campbell University winning one tournament along with several top 5 and top 10 finishes in addition to making it to the NCAA two of the four years during her career.
