Hae-Yoon, Jung was born and raised in Korea until she was 15 years old starting to play golf at the age of 9. She attended the Kooralbyn International School in Australia for 3 years to learn English and play competitive golf. As a junior, Hae-Yoon played in many junior world events. Upon completing high school, she came to the U.S.A. to study and played with the University of California, Irvine, women's golf team competing in many amateur events. After completing college in 2003, Hae-Yoon played on the Futures tour for 2 years. After becoming a PGA professional, Hae-Yoon taught at the Pro Kids Golf Academy in San Diego where she was co-site director of LPGA-USGA Girls Golf. In 2008 she became an assistant golf professional at The Resort at Pelican Hill, becoming certified as an instructor with the Glenn Deck Golf Academy. Hae-Yoon achieved her PGA Class A status in 2009, and joined The Golf School of Tustin Ranch as a full-time instructor in 2012 until she moved to Oak Creek Golf Club as a full time instructor in 2015. Speaking both Korean and English, she is extremely excited to develop the Korean golf community in Orange County. Hae-Yoon is looking forward to recruiting players all over the world to develop Oak Creek Golf Club.
