James Bamburg is currently a PGA Associate working as an Assistant Professional at Alta Sierra Country Club. Growing up James played multiple different sports, but golf wasn't one of them.

It wasn't until after his time served in the United States Army, that golf quickly became his sole passion.

Since beginning at Alta Sierra Country Club, James has started the PGA Management program to pursue his love for golf and desire to bring it to others. In 2024, he began his instruction through junior camps, Introduction to Golf clinics, short game clinics, and individual lessons.

His goal is to help his students find the fun and joy in golf while learning the different aspects of the game. James is eager to work with you to elevate your golf game to where you want it to be.
