Jake started playing golf at the age of 10. He grew up in the Cache Valle area and attended Sky View High where he played on the golf team for 4 years and made the All State Team twice. Jake then went on to play college golf at Utah State University for 4 years.

After college he started the process of becoming a PGA Professional and graduated to become a Class A PGA instructor in 2012. Jake loves working with students who share the same passion for the game as he does.
