Jim is a 34 year member of the Professional Golfers Association of America. During his time with the PGA he has served as a golf professional at Atascocita Country Club in Humble,Texas, Woodhaven Country Club in Fort Worth Texas, Lake Panorama National Golf Club in Panora, Iowa, Lake Creek Country Club in Storm Lake, Iowa and most recently at Waveland Golf Course in Des Moines. Originally from Dubuque, Jim is a graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. While attending Iowa State, he was a member of the men’s varsity golf team. Since turning professional in 1983, Jim has qualified for the PGA National Club Pro Championship, the PGA National Senior Club Pro Championship, been a member of the Iowa PGA Cup Team and won a number of PGA Section events, both in Texas and Iowa.
