I’m a PGA Professional with 25years experience across a board spectrum to include Assistant Golf Professional, Head Golf Professional and Current Director of Instruction with the Raspberry Golf Academy.

I’m a career learner, who is always striving and looking for ways to improve my knowledge and expertise to better help my students. I’m an expert in golf fundamentals and swing mechanics in both the full swing and short game

My general philosophy to teaching golf is really quite simple. It is to meet the students where they are while striving to achieve a solid and repeatable impact position.

Understanding that most players sign up for a lesson for the same reason - to improve. However, each person is different with what they bring to the table from a knowledge perspective, physical skills, individual goals, time, resources etc. Therefore, every lesson experience is unique to each player and the reason we must meet players where they are. My job as a PGA professional and steward of the game is to help you reach your full potential.

My short game philosophy is similar to my full swing, but I do incorporate a “model” into my teaching by differentiating the chip, pitch, bunker and flop shots. By having a concept that is driven by length of swing, club selection and proper wrist mechanics we can improve contact, control trajectory, and dial in those 50yd and in shots.
