My goal is to simplify the process, give you a clear plan, and help you build confidence in your swing and your game. There is nothing more rewarding than helping a golfer break through a barrier, achieve a goal they once thought was out of reach, or simply enjoy the game more than they did before. That's what continues to drive my passion for coaching every day.
Over the years, I've taught thousands of lessons, conducted thousands of club fittings, and worked with golfers ranging from complete beginners to highly competitive players. Today, I help shape the training and development of GOLFTEC coaches around the world while continuing to work directly with students. Because I spend so much time teaching coaches how to teach, I've developed a deep appreciation for one simple truth: every golfer learns differently.
My coaching philosophy is built around making improvement understandable. Golf instruction can often feel overwhelming, technical, and confusing. My goal is to simplify the process, give you a clear plan, and help you build confidence in your swing and your game. Whether you're trying to break 100, win tournaments, gain distance, or simply have more fun on the course, I want every lesson to leave you feeling motivated, confident, and excited about where your game is headed.
Equipment is another area where I believe golfers deserve better answers. With extensive fitting experience, certifications across multiple shaft manufacturers and club brands, and thousands of fittings completed, I understand how equipment and swing dynamics work together. While great equipment won't replace great coaching, making sure your clubs truly fit your swing can help unlock your potential and make the game more enjoyable.
I am proud to be a PGA HOPE Certified Professional, helping make golf accessible to veterans and active military members, and I am honored to have been recognized as the GOLFTEC Seattle Regional Coach of the Year in both 2023 and 2024.
When I'm not coaching, you'll find me competing in long drive events, spending time with my wife and daughter, or cheering on Rickie Fowler. Golf is something my family and I genuinely enjoy together, and I feel fortunate that I get to help others build the same lifelong connection to the game.
