Howdy everyone! My name is Nolan Otto and I am an Assistant Golf Professional at the Odessa Country Club! I am originally from Big Spring, Texas where I learned how to play the game of golf. I played 6 years of collegiate level golf at UTPB in Odessa, Texas where I played among the nation's top prospects and was fortunate enough to learn from many of them. From 2021 to 2024, I trained with the KJ Choi foundation where I began to truly understand the mechanics within the golf swing and adapted this to be conveyed to other players as well. In April of 2025, I became connected with Jake McCullough, the Director of Golf at the Odessa Country Club, and began working in the golf industry as an Assistant Golf Professional at the Odessa Country Club shortly there after. Since my onboarding in April of 2025, I have become one of the most advanced PGA Associates in the NTPGA Section, getting my Level 2 classification in just 10 months. As a PGA Associate, my mission is simple: help people better enjoy the game of golf and bring my knowledge of the game of golf to my home in West Texas.
