In 2026, he was named a Top Instructor in Pennsylvania by Golf Digest and recognized as one of the Top 100 Growth of the Game Instructors.

Steven began his professional career at the International Junior Golf Academy in Florida, where he coached elite junior golfers and helped them secure opportunities at leading collegiate programs across the United States. His expertise in blending technical instruction with structured player development quickly established him as a trusted mentor for aspiring competitive golfers.

Prior to joining Lookaway, Steven served as Director of Instruction at Saucon Valley Country Club. During his tenure, he founded the Saucon Valley Golf Academy and built comprehensive training programs that consistently developed high-performing junior golfers.
