About Rashad

Rashad Wilson is a distinguished golf industry professional, uniquely dual-certified as a Class A PGA Certified Golf Professional—with specializations in General Management, Teaching and Coaching, and Golf Operations—and a Class A member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA). Remarkably, he is the only African-American in the world to hold both elite credentials, with only 2% of PGA's 30,000 members earning Certified status.

Currently serving as CEO|Executive Director of SuperPro Golf Services, Rashad leverages his deep industry knowledge to elevate the performance and value of every organization he engages with. His career spans a broad spectrum of golf operations, including course management, agronomy, instruction, tournament execution, budget and revenue oversight, and guest relations.

Rashad’s leadership and impact have been recognized on both regional and national stages. He was a featured panelist at the 2024 PGA Annual Meeting Education Summit, speaking on "BMPs for Employee Retention," and previously at the 2019 Summit on "Doing More with Less." He is a two-time recipient of the PGA Jr. League #GameChangerAward (2023 & 2024), recognizing the top program in the Georgia Section and the #4 program nationally. Additionally, he was awarded the Georgia PGA Section Professional Development Award in 2023.

A passionate educator and mentor, Rashad serves as Lead Instructor for PGA HOPE at Sugar Creek Golf Course, using golf as a vehicle for community impact. His work has been featured in multiple issues of PGA Magazine, including the February 2022 issue (“A SuperPro Success”), July 2022 (“Balancing Act”), as well as earlier features from January 2012 and November 2013.

Rashad’s service to the game extends beyond instruction and operations. He is a graduate of the PGA LEAD Class of 2020 (Cohort 5) and has served as a Georgia Section At-Large Director (2016–2017, 2021–2024), where he currently co-chairs** **the Employment Committee. On a national level, he also serves on both the PGA WORKS and PGA Scholarship Foundation Committees (2024–2027).

Most recently, Rashad added collegiate coaching to his impressive resume, where the Paine College Women’s Golf Team was victorious as** 2024 National Champions **at the Women’s In Golf National Championship in Katy, Texas. Fueled by a lifelong dedication to the game and a relentless pursuit of excellence, Rashad Wilson continues to be a transformative leader in the golf industry—bringing innovation, integrity, and inspiration to every endeavor.
