Troy Worthy is the Assistant Golf Professional at Squaw Valley Golf Course. Troy began playing the game of golf at the age of 5 and played competitively through his first two years of college. He graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2016. Troy has developed a teaching style that is both comprehensive and tailored to the individual needs of his students. Troy is a PGA Associate and is working towards his full membership. His teaching philosophy centers around the idea that every golfer is unique, and the key to improvement lies in understanding each player’s strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
