I’m Tyler Boer, a Teaching Professional and lifelong enthusiast for the game—and journey—of golf. My passion began in the backyard, swinging a plastic club at a plastic ball, and grew stronger when I joined the Police Activities League (PAL) program in middle school. From there, I went on to play four years of varsity golf in high school, an experience that solidified my love for the game.

Although I didn’t play competitively in college, I stayed closely connected to golf by working with some of the industry’s top companies, including Callaway, World Wide Golf, and Srixon. Those years helped me gain a deeper understanding of equipment performance, player needs, and the business side of the game.

Today, my focus is on what I find most rewarding—teaching and coaching golfers of all skill levels. My instruction emphasizes short game precision, ball striking mastery, and on-course strategy designed to build confidence and consistency. I take pride in tailoring each lesson to the player’s goals and personality, helping them perform their best and enjoy the game more fully.

Ultimately, my goal is to inspire others to share and grow the game of golf. I believe golf is far more than a sport—it’s a lifelong pursuit of improvement, connection, and joy.
