I am a Des Moines native with strong ties to the golf community. I grew up playing multiple sports, but, due to my love and passion for the game, I ultimately stuck with golf.
I graduated from Lincoln High School in 2010, and then attended Indian Hills CC. As a member of the Indian Hills golf team, I helped Indian Hills secure the National Championship in 2011. From there, I transferred to Iowa State, and played as a member of the Iowa State golf team for the next three years. I was a 1st Team All Academic Big 12 member during my time at Iowa State.
After graduating from Iowa State, with a degree in Business Management, I turned professional. Playing on multiple different tours for the next four years, and winning multiple mini tour events. In 2015, I qualified for The John Deere Classic, a PGA Tour event. Since then, I also qualified for a Korn Ferry Tour event in 2018.
In 2019, I decided to join the PGA Program and began my journey towards becoming a Class A PGA Professional, with an emphasis in player development and junior golf. I am using both my experience as a PGA Professional, and my passion and drive, to help other golfers improve their game, and enjoy the sport. While I am eager to provide high quality instruction to golfers of all ages, I have a special interest in helping junior golfers because without the instruction that I once received, I would not be where I am today.
